SHIPPING
Online purchases over $500 are granted free standard ground domestic delivery. Purchases under $500 will incur a $15 shipping fee for standard ground domestic delivery.
If you prefer to pick up your order in store at our Houston location, we will notify you when your order is ready. Identification is required upon pick up.
"Same Day Local Delivery” service is available for $15 within a 10-mile radius of our Houston location. Same-day delivery service is available for orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM (CST) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Rush orders will be shipped 2nd Day at a flat rate of $45. Rush shipping is only available for orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM CST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Non-Continental US States & Territories are final sale and incur a fixed rate shipping and handling fee of $75.
Requests for domestic overnight shipping are available. Prices start at $65 and are confirmed based on location and the value of the order. Due to current logistical challenges we are experiencing with our shipping providers, please inquire at info@elizabethanthonyhouston.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are final sale and incur a $75 shipping and handling fee. Elizabeth Anthony is not responsible for customs and duty charges on any purchase. All orders may only be delivered to the shipping information provided on your order and cannot be changed after the transaction is complete.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible returns will be accepted within seven (7) business days from the date received for a full refund or store credit. Store Credits are valid for one (1) year from the issue date.
To request an authorized return label, please contact info@elizabethanthonyhouston.com. A $15 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE, EVENING GOWNS, COCKTAIL ATTIRE, AND JEWELRY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
