Open Position
Personal Stylists are responsible for developing and maintaining a clientele and providing exceptional service through personal styling. Individual responsibilities as a Sales Associate include, but are not limited to:
- Providing clients with the highest level of personalized service, demonstrating strong styling and selling skills, and developing meaningful relationships
- Communicating effectively in both verbal and written communication channels
- Effectively using mobile device, clientele tools, and other resources to continuously engage with clients and expand business
- Fostering a positive and collaborative working environment by being dynamic, personable, and professional
- Meeting individual sales plan and contributing to store monthly, quarterly, and annual goals- Entering and maintaining accurate client information in CRM system offered to employees
- Coordinating appointments, client alterations, and transactions
- Assisting in display of merchandise and organizing selling floor and stock areas
- Driving store opening and closing procedures
- Performing additional duties as assigned
- Sense of ownership by being accountable for your individual performance and having no commission limit, in addition to other employee benefits offered
- Developing authentic relationships with clients by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a luxurious experience
- Having an opportunity to plug into the Houston community through philanthropic events and programs Elizabeth Anthony hosts and is involved with
- At least 3 years of professional selling experience in luxury retail
- Gemology Institute of America certification highly valued, but not required*
- Fluency in various languages highly valued, but not required*
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Computer and systems proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clientele
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
