multiple platforms including email campaigns, website content, and social media. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Photoshop and have a passion for creating compelling digital content that resonates with our target
audience. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, and creative, with proven experience meeting deadlines. He or she will have the ability to work cross-functionally on a variety of digital projects, offering advice and expertise,

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital content strategies across email, website, and social media platforms.
- Create visually appealing graphics and images using Photoshop (or other programs necessary) to support various digital marketing initiatives.
- Write and edit engaging content for emails, website pages, blog posts, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with the leadership and marketing teams to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
- Stay up to date with digital media trends and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least two years working in digital content creation and management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar design software.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web publishing.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and social media marketing strategies.

Personal Stylist

Personal Stylists are responsible for developing and maintaining a clientele and providing exceptional service through personal styling. Individual responsibilities as a Sales Associate include, but are not limited to:
- Providing clients with the highest level of personalized service, demonstrating strong styling and selling skills, and developing meaningful relationships
- Communicating effectively in both verbal and written communication channels
- Effectively using mobile device, clientele tools, and other resources to continuously engage with clients and expand business

Tailor / Alterations Specialist

- Responsible for partnering with sales associates to satisfy customers' expectations for fit, alterations, re-sizing and re-styling of all merchandise sold at Elizabeth Anthony.
What you can expect:
- Taking client measurements
- Mending and hemming garments
- Removing and adding seams
- Pinning garments
- Repairing rips in garments
- Providing time and cost estimates to customers
- Cutting and measuring fabric and other textiles
- Sewing garments using sewing machines or needle and thread
- Fitting garments for customers and recommending alterations

- Keeping a record of alterations

Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- A minimum of five years' experience in a retail environment or in a workroom that offered training is required.
