OPEN POSITION: E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR & BUYING ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Marketing Experience (Required)
Website Management Experience (Required)
Buying Office Experience (Preferred)

We are looking for a full-time E-commerce Coordinator & Buying Assistant to manage our website, marketing campaigns, and assist buying office functions.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage products online including style creation, product placement, follow-up with vendors for style information and photography.
Track, process, and report all online orders (Retail Pro / WooCommerce experience a plus).
Develop and manage all marketing promotions including e-mail campaigns, seasonal events, trunk shows, designer appearances, and social media.
Coordinate website updates with web team.
Manage seasonal lookbooks online and distribute information to sales team.
Create all purchase orders including stock and special orders adhering to deadlines.
Support buying team in vendor meeting prep and sales analysis.
Provide weekly sales analysis updates to buying team.
Assist in trunk show execution in sample preparation, sample styling & photography, end of show recap and other support as needed.
Be a team player to support store as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in Excel, required
Photoshop skillset, preferred
Excellent communication skills
Very strong organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail a must
Thrive in a fast paced and flexible environment
Resourceful, proactive, takes initiative
Proven work experience in website management
Familiarity with online paid advertising, SEO, keyword research and analytics tool
Ability to create marketing content (Tag lines, Design Emails)
